POST 2: The Power of Tonality – Sound Like a BOSS, Close Like a BOSS
💥 Let’s get real: you could have the best script in the world, but if your tone doesn’t back it up, it’s game over. 💥 Today, we’re leveling up. Now that you’re nailing the words, it’s time to focus on how you say them – your tonality, your body language, and your facial expressions. Here’s the thing: it’s going to feel weird. You might feel like you’re “acting.” But guess what? When you’re closing deals and making money, no one cares if it felt awkward at first. The truth is, every DEAL BOSS started out bad. You suck, you show up, and you keep going until one day… you suck a little less. And then, one day, you’re actually good. 🔥 Why This Matters Tonality is what turns words on a page into a connection. It’s the difference between sounding like a script and sounding like a trusted expert. If your tone, body language, and expressions are in sync, you project confidence naturally. Sellers don’t want to talk to someone who sounds robotic or stiff; they want someone who sounds like they know their stuff. So let’s dive into how to move from “awkward and stiff” to “smooth and CONFIDENT.” The Skill Stacking Loop – The Process to Becoming a Killer Closer If you want to be a killer closer, you have to create a feedback loop for yourself. Great communicators aren’t born; they’re made through repetition, feedback, and refinement. The fastest way to grow is to see yourself in action and make adjustments. Embrace the awkwardness – that’s where real growth happens. How to Execute: 1️⃣ Master Your Tonality Slow it down and lower your tone. Confidence isn’t rushed. Practice each line with a steady, calm pace, and add a slight “lift” at the end of questions to keep it conversational. Put energy in the key parts. Emphasize the words that matter, and let your tone reflect the value you’re offering. Sellers can sense if you’re engaged and confident, or if you’re just going through the motions. 2️⃣ Engage Your Body Language Stand up straight and move. Even if you’re on the phone, body language affects your voice. Standing tall, smiling, and using hand gestures will add energy and life to your tone, making you sound like someone who knows what they’re doing.

🔥 Deal Boss Project October 2024 Top Action Takers: Celebrating Leaders Dustin Bowles and Frank Seidman! 🔥
Let’s take a moment to recognize our Top Action Takers for October and dive into the key metrics driving their success! 📈 🎯 Key Metrics = Funnel Success In the Deal Boss Project, we know Total Marketing Output and Total Talk Time aren’t just numbers—they’re the top of the funnel, fueling the journey from Leads ➡️ Deals ➡️ Success. Every call, text, email, and conversation is a step closer to the next contract. 🏆 First Place: Dustin Bowles - Life Remodeled Ventures - Talk Time: Over 4 hours of conversations! In Sandler Sales training, we know talk time is more than just minutes on the phone—it's about creating genuine connections and moving conversations forward. - Marketing Messages: Nearly 2,000 total outputs across calls, texts, and emails. Dustin’s effort shows us that consistent and high-volume outreach generates the leads that fuel the pipeline. 🥈 Second Place: Frank Seidman - Prime Properties & Lending - Talk Time: 46 minutes of quality conversations. Whether it’s 4 hours or 46 minutes, each second of talk time matters. It’s about asking the right questions and ensuring prospects feel heard, helping move them down the funnel. - Marketing Messages: Over 450 outputs. Every message builds momentum, keeping leads warm and driving them toward a deal. The Sandler Sales Tip 🧠 In Sandler Sales, we emphasize the importance of talk time. This isn’t about endless pitches; it’s about engaging in meaningful, structured conversations that uncover needs and build trust. The more time we spend genuinely connecting with prospects, the closer we get to signing that next contract. The Deal Boss KPI Framework: 1. Total Marketing Output — Consistent messaging generates new leads. 2. Total Talk Time — Conversations turn leads into opportunities. 3. Total Amount of Offers Sent — Proposals that show real solutions. 4. Total Number of Appointments Set — Focused time with decision-makers. 5. Total Contracts Signed — Closing the loop, delivering results!

Welcome!!!
In case you do not know me, I am Lori. I am lucky the wife that gets to put up with Eric 🤣 . However, I wouldn't trade him for anything. We are all on the Journey together and we look forward to helping everyone get to Financial Freedom! If you need anything please reach out, I am always happy to help, even if its not real estate related. A few other fun facts about me! I homeschool our 3 kids, I love cooking deserts and food, but dont like to eat them all, and I love volunteering at Church! I am an open book and you can ask me anything!

@Dustin Bowles sorry I am just getting back to you! Getting away from school is hard, we have been homeschooling for 4 years. We will both tell you are kids will never go back to “school”. I keep the kids involved with church and our boys do gymnastics 5 days a week (they are competitive) and our daughter does dance 2 days. I also found an amazing co-op one day a week! All that helps with socializing. They are also a huge part of our real estate and do everything with us, rather we are meeting with lawyers or new tenants and everything in between. So they are meet all kinds of people! For the education part the learn everything that need and get to focus on things they love! I am happy to jump on call if you have more questions!! This is a huge passion of mine!!!
