Not wanting to send offers..
When I go to my Seller Hub and it shows I have 11 listings waiting for me to send offers. Since most of my store is on sale, pretty much all of these items are already at the 20% off price. I dont want to send another discount. You have to offer at least 5% on 'send offer'. How do I remove those listings from the 'send offers' que? Ive looked around on the page, havent found how to take them out of that list, other than ending the listing, which I dont want to do. I thought maybe someone has experience with this?

I always throw another 5%. It could be that little bit more than makes a difference with the buyer to choose you over someone else.

Random Thought on what it takes to sale an item
I was sitting here this morning doing my normal eBay task, and was thinking about the different items I was seeing in my store. I was thinking about how it would be great to sell about 1/3 of my store every month. LOL. It got me thinking about what it takes to sell an item. First, the item needs to be seen by potential buyers. What does it take to get your items seen? They have to be listed to start with. It does no good at all if they are sitting in your death pile, not listed. Is listing it enough to get it seen? What more can you do to assure it gets seen? You can build the best title, with great key words. You can Promote it. You can create a sales event, or coupon. You can get it listed on multiple platforms. Hmmm, probably the most important thing of all, did I even purchase an item that people are searching for? It really comes down to one thing, is my item on at least the top 2 pages in search results? Preferably the top 20 items. Second, I have found a way to get my item near the top of search results, now does anyone even want to buy it? Have I priced my item in a way that will convince a person to purchase mine instead of another. This all goes back to the purchase. Did I make the right choice. This is the most important decision that needs to be made in all these stages of getting an item sold. You have to have great STR items to get great sells. If every item I purchased was a 100% STR or higher, I would be part way there. Wait a minute, part way there? With STR like that, why couldn't I hit my goal? Third, I need to have my item priced at a point that a buyer would be willing to pay. To many times I have found this great item, with 100% STR or higher that sits in my store, why? I price it too high and turn away reasonable offers and now my item has dropped so far down on the eBay algorithm that no one is seeing it. I don't know how many times I have seen a item I thought was great, getting sold on one of my Sales Events at a lower price than the offers I turned down when it was first listed. This is where End Listing and Listing again as Sell Similar can be a great tool. Its your second chance, don't waste it. Fix anything that needs fixed in your listing, improve what you can, and be ready to make the sale. Think twice about the offers you receive. Are they a reasonable offer? If so, take the offer, and go find another great item.

Just curious if everyone on here excepts offers. If you do not except offer, why not?

I have offers turned on for items I paid under $1. Anything over $1, it depends on the STR, listed price, and if there others like it listed.
What is the lowest profit margin you do?
When I calculate out all the fees to get a net profit from the platform and then deduct my shipping and COG expense, what should my lowest percentage be around? For example, if I sold a $20 item and the math shows my profit margin in 38%, is this great, good, or bad? I'm trying to determine a selling price and a promotional rate, for if it sells from a promoted listing. I'm hoping to hear from @Beau Johnson , @Jerry Wilson , and @Red West specifically. But if there are any others that have this knowledge please share. I've been off the site for a few months, just got back a couple of weeks ago, so I don't know many of you.

@Jerry Wilson dang Jerry, you wrote a book. 😆 I get all that. You refreshed me on a few things. I was just asking a question out of curiosity. I'm always hearing, know your numbers. I found another number that interests me, net profit percentage. I got a lot of feedback that is helpful to me and hopefully others too.
Free returns?
I'm looking into what it takes to become a top rated seller plus, and I already have 1 day handling and everything, I just currently have buyer paid returns. Has anyone had any experience with buyer paid vs free returns? I still have a relatively small store, average about 10 sales a week and under 600 listings. Thanks!

I know my listing is accurate so I offer free returns to attract more buyers. I've had 3 returns. I don't sweat the little stuff. Because I'm a Top Rated Seller I have the option to not return the original shipping. I can also choose to not return all the money. I had a return that was given of a reason they didn't like it. It smelled of smoke. I see that they bought to wear out for a night and then return. I did not return the shipping charge and I deducted 20%. Then I reported it to ebay.

@Red West sorry to say that is not how it went down for me. I received it from the buyer smelling of smoke. I wash all my used clothing.
