Day 75
I can't believe it. Im so grateful to @Bryan Holub and this lovely community. Is anyone else thinking about what they might do after this 90 Day Challenge? I'm thinking of doing a 90 day yoga and meditation challenge for myself.

I'm hopeful to stay here and continue to do things with Yogi Bryan. But this has motivated me to find ways to better myself a little bit more each day. I feel like maybe I can finally change some habits and make positive changes. So I hear what you're saying. You've found the drive and inspiration to add new challenges to your life. Kudos to you! It's a really motivating way to get started doing newthings.
“I can’t share this with anyone—they wouldn’t get it.”
Have you ever experienced this before? You feel like no one would understand what your going through? You're worried about being judged, appearing weak, or burdening others with your struggles. I felt like that many times throughout my studies but I learnt that always telling someone is the best way to go. You see when you keep everything bottled up inside, the burden becomes harder to carry. And you don't need to explain everything perfectly for someone to understand and support you. They don't need to live your exact experience so they can empathise with you. You need to understand that when you emotionally isolate yourself, you miss out on opportunities for relief and guidance. And also sharing your problems with others is not about oversharing. It's about finding safe spaces and people you trust to help you process and find that clarity. What if the thing you're so afraid to say is the thing that actually sets you free? You don’t have to face this alone. Taking the first step to open up might be uncomfortable, but it’s the first move towards lightening your burden. Remember that you don't need to face this alone. What are your thoughts?

Wise words. I have a hard time with this because I feel like it's hard to find open minded people. I'm open and bubbly on the surface but I don't usually go too deep with others because I feel like I'll be disappointed. I've lived in SC for four years and have yet to find my people. I don't think they're in the deep south lol
Day 73 Body Rest
The universe keeps giving me more than usual gentle nudges. I haven’t felt the best lately. Physically, I’ve felt crummy. I’ve been trying a lot of different things to alleviate it. Some of those things have helped at the moment. I’m trying to figure out what this is trying to tell me. Slow and steady I am telling myself. I believe this body rest meditation is a helper. I asked what I needed today and got the first card. Then I asked how I could get more body rest. I got the second card. I also asked when I feel like I can’t keep going and what I need. I got the last card. Tippin’ my cuppa to yours. 🧘🏻‍♀️📿🤍🌞🌙✨💜☕️🍂

Today's meditation for giving my body what it needs was the motivation I needed to get out and take a lovely walk ❤️
Where do you meditate?

@Julee Winterbourne Both are very beautiful views.
I'm believing and seeing
Yogi Bryan said amazing things would stem from meditation. He was right. A series of really cool events has been unfolding in my life. I believe taking the time to meditate is one of the catalysts. Super thankful.
