About me: I've been exercising for 3+ years and got tired of barbells and dumbbells so... Started calisthenics but did not get far, my max handstand time was 5 seconds or so. Competed in my country's powerlifting events for a few years and got one of the strongest! Squat: 200kg Bench: 125kg Deadlift: 240kg I'm ready to 180ยฐ my fitness journey and start calisthenics.
