Yes! I have definitely pampered myself as a form of self love: getting $70 manicures every other week, expensive spa treatments, etc. I think I’m in alignment the most when I have a handle on my finances, go to the gym, hydrate, and meditate each day: self-discipline. The physical extends into the emotional. It’s still something I struggle with for sure, but try to be mindful about
