Big Announcement, Ladies! Exciting Changes Ahead! 💫
Hey everyone! I’ve been feeling a nudge in a different direction for a while now, but I couldn’t fully grasp where it was leading me… until now. After lots of thought, journaling, and really listening to my heart, I’ve gained clarity and I’m SO excited to share this next chapter with you all! 💖 While I’ll still be focusing on Mindset and Empowerment Coaching, things are about to take a new and exciting turn. I’m in the process of building a course to help women start their own business on Skool! 🎉 We are at the very beginning of this incredible platform emerging, and the potential for moms (just like us!) to build a business around their passions, skills, and curiosities is seriously endless. 🙌 Over the past few weeks, I’ve connected with some amazing people and learned so much and let me tell you, my excitement for my business has been completely reignited. I cannot wait to dive into this with you! 🥳 In the next few weeks, you’ll notice things shifting here. I’ll be moving things around, restructuring the classroom, and making changes all over the place to better serve you all in this new direction. But here’s the best part you’re all grandfathered in for free! 🥂 So I encourage you to stick around, soak up all the new goodness, and see where this journey takes you! Who knows, maybe I’ll spark some curiosity in you to start your own Skool! 🚀 As for the current courses in the classroom, most of them will still be available, though I’ll be organizing things a bit differently. I’m still figuring out exactly how it will all look, but trust me, it’s going to be amazing! 🌟 I’m SO excited for what’s ahead for this group and for you to see the limitless potential Skool offers. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out and DM me! I’m here for you, always. 💕 Thank you for being on this journey with me! Let’s embrace this exciting change together! 💪

Feeling Burned Out? Let’s Hit Reset Together 🔥💆‍♀️
Hey ladies! 💖 I wanted to talk about something we’ve all been through at some point, burnout. It can sneak up on the best of us, especially when we’re busy caring for everyone around us. But you can come back from it AND even prevent it with a few simple shifts. ✨ Remember that burnout happens. It doesn’t make you any less capable or strong. The key is to recognize it and take steps to reset before it becomes something bigger. So here are some tips to help you bounce back when you’re feeling drained and how to keep burnout from creeping in again. Quick Tips to Come Back from Burnout: 1. Take a REAL Break 🛑: Whether it’s a few hours or a day, step away from your usual routine. Turn off your phone, go for a walk, or just sit quietly with your favorite drink. Giving yourself time to fully disconnect is the first step to recovering. 2. Get Back to the Basics 🌿: Prioritize sleep, hydration, and healthy eating. These might sound simple, but they are the foundation for recharging your energy. 3. Journal It Out ✍️: Get your thoughts out on paper. Sometimes, we need to clear the mental clutter to figure out what’s really causing the overwhelm. Journaling helps you gain clarity and focus. Quick Tips to Prevent Burnout: 1. Set Boundaries 🚧: It’s okay to say “no” when you’re stretched thin. Protect your energy by setting limits on what you commit to. You can’t pour from an empty cup! 2. Build in Mini-Breaks 🕰️: Throughout your day, schedule 5-10 minute breaks to breathe, stretch, or just close your eyes for a moment. Consistent mini-breaks can help prevent burnout from building up. 3. Do Something Just for YOU 🌸: Every day, do at least one thing that makes you happy. Whether it’s reading, a hobby, or even just enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. This small act of self-love helps refill your energy tank. Remember, we’re all juggling a lot, and it’s so easy to overlook the signs of burnout. But by watching out for those signs and course correcting early, you can stay in alignment with your highest self. 🌟

Yes! Love all of them, thanks for the reminder to take breaks. Can I add another thing that I found really helpful to get back to myself: Stay away from social media, email, news or messages for a while. We all have our thing that we use to get these quick dopamine hits these days, but they only leave us more drained than before...

@Fallon Brice I help people with ADHD and Autism create a life that works for them, as our currend work and education system sadly doesn't at the moment

@Fallon Brice that's interesting, did you know that autism is for the most part genetic and that these days a lot of parents get diagnosed after their children got diagnosed, because they're like: "But my child is just like me!".

It's no longer Monday, but I'm grateful for all the wonderful people I'm currently meeting through skool. Also, this morning I got up, and the sun was rising just in between fall colored trees, giving everything the most beautiful golden glow. I'm thankful to have seen that and wish I had a picture to share with you just now.

What if... Journalling Tip
You can use this when journalling, in your head, or say it out loud.

What if... Journalling Tip

I love the idea of switching from "I am" to "what if". I just read "the law of attraction", I knew the concept before, but never read the book, and it talked about you having to focus on the things you want and give them energy, but also about you having to believe in them. The believing part is easy for some things, but so much harder for others, but with the "what if" it's already true... you can just give it the feeling and then slowly start believing that it is possible, even if you're not there yet. Thanks for sharing this!
