Are You Really Going All-In on Your Business? 🤔
When you’re starting a business, it’s easy to feel like you’re doing everything to make it successful. You’re busy every day, creating content, tweaking your logo, or perfecting your social media feed. But here’s the truth: busyness isn’t the same as progress. 👉 The reality? If you’re not focused on getting people in the door aka “attracting customers” then you’re not building a business. You’re building a hobby. The #1 Priority for Any New Business When you’re just starting, your first job isn’t to make everything look perfect. It’s not to create 100 posts or obsess over fonts. Your job is this: Get people excited about what you’re offering. 💡 Imagine opening a lemonade stand. If no one knows it’s there, you’re not selling any lemonade, no matter how tasty it is or how cute your stand looks. The same goes for your business. You need to create awareness. Stop Avoiding the Hard Stuff 🛑 It’s easy to stay “busy” because it feels safe. But are you actually: ✅ Talking to potential customers? ✅ Promoting your offer consistently? ✅ Sharing how your business helps people solve their problems? If not, you’re probably avoiding the real work the work that brings in the money. Build Your Business While You Build Awareness Of course, you’ll need to create your course, program, or product. But don’t spend weeks or months building something no one knows about. Instead: 1. Outline Your Idea: Map out what your course or membership will offer. You don’t need it to be perfect to start promoting. 2. Focus on Awareness Daily: Share your idea, ask for feedback, and start building a waitlist. The goal is to have people lined up before you even launch. 3. Keep It Simple: Don’t let tasks like designing logos or picking colors distract you. A Little Tough Love 💪 At the end of the day, your business will only succeed if people actually want what you’re offering and are willing to pay for it. That means you need to spend less time “getting ready” and more time showing up and talking about what you’re building.

Stop Overthinking Your Lead Magnet 🧲 Here’s How To Keep It Simple
If you’re trying to grow your email list but feel stuck because your lead magnet “isn’t good enough” or you “don’t know what to create,” this is for you. Your lead magnet doesn’t have to be fancy. It just needs to solve a small, specific problem for your audience. That’s it. Here are 5 simple lead magnet ideas you can create quickly: 1. A One-Page Checklist • Example: “The 5 Steps to Setting Up Your Skool Community” or “Morning Routine Checklist for Busy Moms.” • Why it works: It’s easy to consume, saves your audience time, and gives them clarity. 2. A Quick-Action Guide • Example: “10 Simple Ideas for Your First Lead Magnet” or “How to Write Your First Social Media Post in 30 Minutes.” • Why it works: Guides give step-by-step solutions. It’s helpful and immediately actionable. 3. A 5-Minute Video Tutorial • Example: “How to Use Canva to Design a Freebie in 5 Minutes” or “How to Create Your First Email List on Mailchimp.” • Why it works: A short video feels personal and easy to follow without needing tech skills. 4. A Script or Template • Example: “The Exact Script to Write Your First Sales Post” or “A Simple Email Template to Introduce Your Lead Magnet.” • Why it works: People love done-for-you resources that save them time. 5. A Swipe File of Ideas • Example: “20 Social Media Post Ideas for Your Membership Launch” or “10 Lead Magnet Examples to Inspire You.” • Why it works: It gives your audience inspiration and a starting point. Remember your lead magnet doesn’t have to be perfect or complicated. Focus on one small win your audience can get from it. If it’s helpful and easy to consume, it will work. Take 30 minutes today to: 1. Pick ONE problem you can solve for your audience. 2. Choose a format from the list above. 3. Create it simply, no fancy design needed. Your audience doesn’t want perfection, they want solutions. Start small, start simple, and grow your list!

✨ The One Shift That Changed Everything for Me ✨
I used to feel like I had to be everything to everyone. I’d try to solve every problem my audience might have, but it only left me stuck and overwhelmed. The game-changer? 👇 I got crystal clear on solving one problem for my audience. That shift changed everything. My content became easier to create, people started resonating with my message, and the right conversations started happening naturally. Now I’m curious… What’s been your one big shift in business or life that made everything feel a little easier? Was it a mindset change? A new habit? A strategy?

✨ The One Shift That Changed Everything for Me ✨
BIG NEWS: Women in Business Collective is Here! 🎉
I am beyond excited to share something I’ve been working on... I created this space because I know how exhausting it can be to market your business in Facebook groups, trying to figure out ads, and endlessly posting on social. You deserve better than posting into the void and hoping someone sees you. ✨ Women in Business Collective is a fun, vibrant, and empowering space where you can: ✅ Promote your business with purpose and connect with women who are genuinely interested in what you have to offer. ✅ Find your ideal clients, members, and collaborators. No more wasted time or energy. ✅ Build relationships that go beyond “networking” because collaboration and support are what truly grow businesses. ✅ Show up in a community that’s motivating, inspiring, and filled with women who get it. This is your chance to grow your business in a space that’s built for YOU, not spam. Why I Created This Community When I started my journey, I felt stuck in groups where the focus wasn’t on connection or value. It was just noise. That’s not how we grow. So, I created the Women in Business Collective as a place where: 💡 You can feel proud to share your offers, services, and events. 💡 Your posts won’t get lost in a sea of irrelevant content. 💡 You’ll find genuine support, encouragement, and inspiration from other women building businesses. This is more than just a group, it’s a movement to build something meaningful together. What You’ll Find Inside: 🎯 Daily promo opportunities to share your business with intention. 💬 A safe, engaging environment where your voice is heard, and your value is seen. 🚀 Inspiring content, fresh ideas, and real connections to help you reach your goals. ❤️ A community that reminds you every day that you’re on the right path and that what you’re doing matters. ✨ Ready to join? Click here to get started ✨ This is the start of something truly incredible, and I’m so excited to see all of you grow your businesses, connect with others, and feel empowered to take bold steps toward your dreams.

BIG NEWS: Women in Business Collective is Here! 🎉
Why I Started Women Who Skool ✨
I wanted to take a moment to share why this community exists and the heart behind everything we’re building here in Women Who Skool. The truth is, I started this because I’ve been where so many of you are now. Starting a business felt impossible when I was raising my son, juggling a million responsibilities, and trying to make ends meet. I wanted a way to create consistent income that didn’t force me to sacrifice my time with my family, or my sanity. I know you’re here because you’re not willing to give up on your dreams of starting a business, but you’re also not willing to miss out on the moments that matter most with your loved ones. And let me tell you, you don’t have to choose between the two. That’s what Women Who Skool is all about: 💡 Giving you simple tools and strategies to create a business that works with your life, not against it. 💡 Helping you build consistent monthly income you can count on. 💡 Supporting you as you create something meaningful while still putting your family front and center. 💡 And surround you with a community of women who understand the unique challenges we face and who are here to cheer you on every step of the way. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s not about knowing everything or having a 10-year plan. It’s about starting right where you are and trusting that the small steps you take today can lead to the life-changing results you’ve been dreaming of. The Goal of Women Who Skool 🌟 I want this community to be the place where women like you can: ✅ Take what you’re passionate about and turn it into a thriving business. ✅ Learn to use Skool to build a community, create value, and earn income that supports your dreams. ✅ Feel confident as you grow, because you’re surrounded by other women who get it and want to see you win. This isn’t just a group. This is a movement. The goal is to empower every woman here to build a business on your terms, one that works for your schedule, your priorities, and your life. Whether you’re here to find clarity on what business to start, launch your first membership, or hit your next income milestone, you belong here. And together, we’re going to make it happen.
