1. Take a REAL Break 🛑: Whether it’s a few hours or a day, step away from your usual routine. Turn off your phone, go for a walk, or just sit quietly with your favorite drink. Giving yourself time to fully disconnect is the first step to recovering.
2. Get Back to the Basics 🌿: Prioritize sleep, hydration, and healthy eating. These might sound simple, but they are the foundation for recharging your energy.
