Use Beef to your advantage
Beef is full of both micronutrients and macronutrients. That's why it's able to give you so much more energy. πŸ”‹ Especially when you throw in some eggs or liver for an added boost on top.πŸ₯š Another thing that can help you is exercise. When you get moving your blood starts pumping and it carries lots of nutrients and oxygen to more areas of the body.🚘 So this month, I'm doing a challenge to pump nutrients and oxygen to boost my overall health. I'll post it for the guys that are curious.πŸ’ͺ Comment your breakfast foods below πŸ‘‡

How to win Long term
What's the quickest way you can hit your long term goals??? πŸ“† The problem with long term goals is that they are so far in the future that it can be difficult to figure out what needs to be done to get there.πŸ€” To hit those long term goals ASAP means you need to be making progress daily. So that means breaking your long term goal down into smaller daily goals.πŸ“‹ It's then just a case of showing up and hitting the smaller goals.βŒ› Feel free to post your long term goal below πŸ‘‡ Comment 'plan' if you've got your daily goals planned out.

@Jonathan Vos I usually start with the desired outcome that I want and work backwards. I think what do I need to have for this goal to become a reality. From there I list out everything I need to get there. Whether it's skills, clients, objects, a team etc. and then from there I start to list out how to acquire those things. I gradually keep breaking it down until I end up with small steps that can be done on a daily basis that will push me in the right direction. And then I plan out when I'm going to do those steps. And then I do them. Day in and day out until I reach my goal.
Starting Carnivore
Recently, I was diagnosed with General Fatty Liver Disease and Pre-Diabetes (Round Two). I’m nearing my eighteenth birthday soon, so these health conditions are concerning to me especially as an athlete. Unfortunately, my dad has never taken my words seriously about nutrition and has indirectly led to this outcome. My question is, what should I tell to my dad to get him convinced to LET me at least do a month of carnivore? What would y’all recommend me to do? A month? Two?

I think at 18 you're just going to have to take control. Convincing the older generation as a young guy is always an uphill battle. Only thing that will change their mind is results. I'm sure there are plenty of other people here who would agree. What sport do you play?

@John Forbrich that's sick how fast do you throw. And with pre diabetes you definitely need to be avoiding sugar. Carbohydrates all turn to sugars in the body. Whenever you have too much sugar it's going to aggravate your condition. At the very least I'd avoid eating carbohydrates. If you have to have them, then I'd limit the carbs to only one meal a day. That will keep your sugar levels down. And have all the rest of your meals as meat and fats. If you can't manage to negotiate that. The only option is to start bringing in income so you can afford to buy your own meals.
I think I'm experiencing oxalate dumping...
Yesterday I woke up in the middle of the night in sheer pain. I had a bad cramp in my calf. I'm also feeling quite thirsty (although not so bad today). And I have some sort of ulster or small spot in my mouth. Is this oxalate dumping?

I get it that some people are more comfortable having their food cooked well done. If that's the case I would recommend slow cooked/stewed meat. You'll be able to have it well done and the juices will be in broth so it'll help we hydration. Also when you slow cook the meat can end up more tender so it's easier to eat. No problem happy to help.
