Hello to you both i hope you are both well my name is Kay I suffer with spina bifida and hydrocephalus and use a wheelchair I atend they 3 times a week to keep my mobility going I also go swimming 2a week and try and eat healthy meals please keep up the good work and you will see a difference

You don't need discipline to get in shape...
Here's a secret most people don’t know: You can get in shape without ever needing discipline or motivation. And I'm going to show you how. Imagine you're locked in a house, with no TV, no books, no games, nothing except the bare minimum to survive. Apart from one thing: a home gym. Every day, you receive a food delivery containing the perfect amount of calories to drop weight and gain muscle. What do you think would happen? Even if you hated the gym, you'd eventually get bored enough to start working out. You'd only be able to eat the delivered food and nothing else. You'd make incredible progress toward your fitness goals. Although life would be boring AF 😂 Here's the secret: Environment is more important than discipline or motivation. Is it easier to avoid eating the snacks in the fridge, or just not buy them to start with? Is it easier to drive 20 minutes to the gym, or have a gym in your back yard? By changing your environment, you can drastically reduce the discipline and motivation needed to hit your goals. Discipline is your "safety net" when you can't control your environment. It shouldn't be the primary driver of your success.

I haven’t disciplined myself because I no if I really wanted a takeaway I could easily get one I just don’t want one as I think it’s that one that’s putting my weight on

From the 1st of January 2024 I have removed having takeaways as this became a regular habit where I was having one every other night and todate I have not had any they were my down fall I’ve set myself a target not to have any till the 1st January 2025 or I might just do without altogether
