I'm starting simple and focusing on a move goal for my first month here (after clarifying in last week's Q&A that it is in fact a move goal!). My asset is a sleep routine, with the longer term goal of greater sleep hygiene in both the evening and morning. I'm starting with a practice of having a bedtime (funny how the thing I hated as a child is now my adult goal, hey) - a time each night by when I'm (1) horizontal with (2) the lights out. So far this month I have a score of 8/14 but I cannot tell you how thrilled I am, the second week is already better than my first and having only these two judging criteria has been really helpful to create the conditions for sleep without the stress of pressuring myself about getting to sleep.
