Coming from the🌟 point in EVERYTHING we do
I've been practicing a new approach that has been really helpful in building upon the positive, gratitude and higher vibe feelings and emotions. When I really manage to connect and grow that feeling it has been incredibly uplifting and empowering. My intention is to do this so often throughout my day that eventually my day will be filled from this perspective. The 🌟point will be personal to everyone but it's the place within you where you feel your connection to all that is, the oneness, the divine, the highest version of you and of all... and where you allow it to fill your being and radiate out into your work, your family, your drinks, your food and everyone and everything around you. I'm choosing to bring that perspective out before I do any and everything and as frequently as I can remember. This is a daily reminder if you feel so called, to seek the oneness and connection and self-love within you everyday 🤍 I've decided to add this quick review to the bottom of this post, as it is so important for the steering and co-creation of this group for those of you who have not already commented (even if you don't comment on anything else please add your thoughts to co-create this community) I would really appreciate your insights. The Swell of Tomorrow
Tonight's post is a post just as much for myself as it is for everyone! But before we start a quick welcome to all the newbies! It's so lovely to have you all on board. 🥰 In today's Becoming Conscious Daily, I wanted to touch on this feeling which I call the "Swell of Tomorrow" which really is a form of reserving and building energy for a big push, another determined day or moment when you need to show up in your full force. It's a feeling I have often touched which is a mix of tiredness, excitement, anticipation, gratitude and belief in yourself. One where you actively let yourself rest, as it if was ahead of a marathon or a big day, but it feels good in your heart as it contains a mix of all of those lovely emotions above. What's even better is that you can activate it through choice, whenever you are tired both mentally and physically, as along with giving you the approval to rest, you rest within all of those lovely emotions and it builds a great feeling and energy into your day. So I'm choosing to do this tonight and thought I'd share it with you. You can either follow along or listen to the audio. To follow along find a quiet spot, relax and take 5 minutes for yourself: - Take a few deep breaths and relax your body and mind - As you breath in and out, focus on the sensation of space, of air or breeze - Now focus on your heart centre and feel a small bubbling sensation of excitement, of anticipation for your future. - Your amazing future is just around the corner and you're going to show up as your best self, - Give gratitude for the joy, for the experience and for the opportunity to create - Send love to yourself for the opportunity and for giving yourself this moment - And with your hand on your heart tell yourself words appreciation and belief in a beautiful bright day for tomorrow, the week, the month and the year. - Take a few deep breaths once more filling your heart with sun, smiles or whatever feels best for you, I hope you enjoy the experience and I look forward to tomorrow.

Simple step to stop sneaky limiting beliefs
Hello everyone! 🌟 Thinking about Limiting beliefs tonight… as these are our most unexpected and often unseen personal ceilings. Limiting beliefs are those little thoughts that pop up in our heads that either tell us what we can’t do, shouldn’t try, or simply aren’t good at. Or the most common is beliefs that we don’t even see are restricting us. The things that hold us back unconsciously from trying, acting or even conceiving due to an unconscious “outdated” foundation. They're like invisible fences that keep us from exploring exciting opportunities or reaching new heights. If you believe you can’t do something, you probably won’t try very hard to do it, right and you certainly won’t even attempt the thought if it does not fit your concept of self! That's how these sneaky thoughts can affect our success. Today I want it to be short and sweet with one action to follow. If you could spend 5-10 mins putting yourself in someone else’s shoe’s, choose someone who is already where you are want to be and see what thoughts, feelings or expectations would be different from your own. How different do you think they feel about what you want to achieve? This one action can help you to get a different perspective, and it’s even better if you can role play with the imaginary person and interview them!! Try it if you can. With love, Helene
