Tonight's post is a post just as much for myself as it is for everyone! But before we start a quick welcome to all the newbies! It's so lovely to have you all on board. 🥰
In today's Becoming Conscious Daily, I wanted to touch on this feeling which I call the "Swell of Tomorrow" which really is a form of reserving and building energy for a big push, another determined day or moment when you need to show up in your full force.
It's a feeling I have often touched which is a mix of tiredness, excitement, anticipation, gratitude and belief in yourself. One where you actively let yourself rest, as it if was ahead of a marathon or a big day, but it feels good in your heart as it contains a mix of all of those lovely emotions above.
What's even better is that you can activate it through choice, whenever you are tired both mentally and physically, as along with giving you the approval to rest, you rest within all of those lovely emotions and it builds a great feeling and energy into your day.
So I'm choosing to do this tonight and thought I'd share it with you.

To follow along find a quiet spot, relax and take 5 minutes for yourself:
- Take a few deep breaths and relax your body and mind
- As you breath in and out, focus on the sensation of space, of air or breeze
- Now focus on your heart centre and feel a small bubbling sensation of excitement, of anticipation for your future.
- Your amazing future is just around the corner and you're going to show up as your best self,
- Give gratitude for the joy, for the experience and for the opportunity to create
- Send love to yourself for the opportunity and for giving yourself this moment
- And with your hand on your heart tell yourself words appreciation and belief in a beautiful bright day for tomorrow, the week, the month and the year.
- Take a few deep breaths once more filling your heart with sun, smiles or whatever feels best for you,
