Re-reading last week's module before the new. I worked at a Healthfood store many years ago in Oviedo FL. The owner was also my trainer. It is overwhelming navigating all the supplements available. I tried many different supplements, some gave immediate results, (meaning I was deficient in that vitamin/mineral), some took longer, (my body was damaged), and some did nothing but make my stomachache. We all need to listen to our bodies, listening also means you are taking time for yourself. This entire set of modules, Greg and his team are creating, read to me, as a reminder to take time for myself, and take better care of myself. Before reading the next module, (I am not a watch videos kind of gal, I like to read), I wanted to share, I take 3 supplements total. An organic multivitamin for women over the age of 50, an organic hormonal supplement (a bit pricey), that has helped with my energy levels thru out the day, and magnesium (every other day). I hope this information helps someone out there, some of us are struggling more than others (I am up at 5 am and home at 5pm, I struggle with finding time for exercising). Looking forward to the rest module. If I can get some sleep, I think my struggle will lessen!!

Each day is a new start!
Traveling one week ago and sleeping overnight at Chicago O'Hare airport because the plane hit a goose. Meal voucher given. Only Dunkin Donuts open. Ordered Iced Coffee no cream or sugar, bottle of water, and stuck to a protein style sandwich. Got my steps in that week. LOL. Just got back from PTO, did my best to stay to protein foods, I might have eaten some french fries :) Oops. And here it is Monday, each day is a new start, if you mess up, just start again. More water, eat less carbs, eat more protein, and move more. Now to catch up on the stretching, that is one thing I always keep up with!! So important.

Improvement
Always up at 5 AM, out the door at 6 AM to beat the traffic. 1 Cup of Joe and 1 Cup of water is my standard. Improving on water intake...was 2 cups before Noon, now 4 cups before Noon. Also stepping it up, the plan is to walk the walk for the next 40 days.
