Do you see them leading with their vulnerabilities? No. They lead with power. Here’s the truth: The market isn’t begging for your wounds—it’s craving your strength. It’s not waiting for your journey—it’s drawn to your certainty. It’s not looking for your vulnerability story—it’s searching for your power move. Strengthening Referral Partnerships POD Session 2 What an incredible session we had on December 9th! 🎉 The focus was on building stronger referral partnerships and refining our value proposition strategies to make the most of the Idea Lab’s amazing community. Great value! Several good points and/or reminders (like talking to peers and above). Both breakout rooms were important - the larger to build more connections within the pod, and the smaller to get more specific on what will be helpful.
