Anyone have any weekly Wins from their training this week? Anyone ring the bell? πŸ”” My win for this week was diling things back off some advice in here and working off a lower weight (16kg) for my TGU and I have already seen a slight translation into correcting my left/ right side imbalance.

It’s summer, so the weekends are filled with barbecues, brunches, and meals out. Any recommendations? Skip the fries, have a double cheeseburger to make sure I target protein? What does everyone here do?

"Aha!" Moment πŸ’‘
Anyone else ever had an "Aha!" Moment in your training? Where the slightest thing just clicks and you feel a big difference in technique or engagement. I focused on 'cracking the walnut' today and really squeezing my glutes through my swings. Holey moley, the core, quad and hamstring engagement is nuts. I feel like I've been doing swings wrong for ages πŸ˜…πŸ€£
