@Joshua Price Yeah! With 32kg I get the "simple" in time, my goal would be the "sinister", but with 58kg of body weight it is almost an implosible mission😅

@Nathan Visser Yes, I've done 8kg jumps, now I'm thinking of buying a 20kg pair for ladder clean-press-squat (2x24kg would suit me better)
