The timing and conditions are never going to be perfect. Believe me, I've lost an incredible amount of my time trying to wait out various seasons of my life. I spent this weekend thinking of the PERFECT post I could make in this group and in the members group instead of going off of client questions and other ideas that came up I haven't completely flushed out yet. Working crazy hours right now? Good. You can build your list during downtime. You can also take a couple hours once per month to get one new photo for your IG. Go out with the one friend you had from high school you enjoyed spending time with and ask if they know of anyone else who would want to join you. Say hi to one other person at the venue. Are you unsure of the high status events you can go to? Good. Go to any event in town and ask one person if anything else is going on in your area you should also attend. Are you injured like I am? Good. Work on some different exercises at the gym. Do extra work on other muscle groups you've neglected. Don't have the best logistics in town? Good. Practice building mere exposure at lesser than ideal venues and practice breaking rapport and people skills. Need guidance/instruction in a specific area? Good. Start using free online resources like this group and figure out the direction you can take action in. Open up a new audio book on your commute. Life is always going to get in the way. Problems are always going to be there. Priorities will always be shifting along with goals. Wes Watson said it best. The biggest problem people face is thinking that one day they won't have any problems. Take action today, gentlemen.

In Order: Ukraine, Colombians, Brazil, Spanish, Hungarians, Israelis, Sweden, Italy, Mexican. Best Mix-- Japanese/Brazilian. Damn the Dominican,Colombian, Cuban, Venezuelen latinas don't STFU. They give me a headache. Japanese & Koreans are fun and more submissive.
How much BEEF to eat to gain-weight?
How much ground, full-fat, beef would I have to eat to gain weight? I feel like I'm gonna have to eat this stuff by the kilo to actually gain weight. How much meat are you guys eating per day? I currently eating 800g (just under 2lbs of beef) of ground beef a day, and my weight has not gone above 125lbs (I'm 6 foot) Gonna up it to 1200g. Then if that's doesn't work 1600g. If that doesn't work, surely my digestion most be fucked up somehow. I have intestinal parasites which I ASSUME are eating some of my calories, but probably can over-ridden just by eating a """"little more""""fuck em. Note: I eat pretty much a NO-Bullshit diet. 90% of the time, I eat only ground beef with Tabasco sauce, eggs, cabbage, and squash and a little rice. So really ground beef is my only real source of mass calories. How much do you guys have to eat to gain weight? Is it just me or does everyone have to eat Beef by the kilos/3-4-5+ pounds amount to be able to gain weight from it alone. I feel like the average jacked dude walking around eats these tiny meals and somehow sticks on mass quicker than the Gods of Olympus. Either that Or is my digestion just fucked. Anyways. When I first started my journey to build muscle, all I did was eat as much protein as possible. My formula at minimum, weight multiplied by 2 to figure out how much protein to intake. If you are 125 then minimum 250g of protein. I worked out outside, so I ate peanut butter w/ apples, tuna packets, protein shakes, hamburgers. I would eat whatever you can get. When it comes to work outs, lift heavy! Do it 2-3 times a week. Also take rests for a week from lifting heavy. I saw significant gains when returning from my rest days. That's my experience when I struggle to gain weight. I ate a LOT and still sruggled. I experimented with Casein protein before bed. Just my experience
