"The Weekend is for Your WHY"
I'm not saying disregard your goals that you've busted your ass during the week to achieve, I'm saying put in just as much effort showing up for your "WHY" on the weekend as you do for your gains during the week. BALANCE...That's what brings true happiness, and that's what I want for you... So take a second to list these 2 things for me: (1) Tell me who/what your "WHY" is.. ...and (2) Tell me what you're gonna do this weekend to foster a better relationship with it...
