Hard times x Routine
Hi guys! I’m Bartek, Polish living in Oxford. I know Jack from few years ago when he was a little cunt 😅😘 After a breakup with my girlfriend I decided to trust him with my body and health and it was one of the best decisions in my life. Game changing. Now I’m struggling again a bit as I have family issues and I’m not motivated to do anything but as I’m going to the gym 4-5 times a week and eating healthy everyday for a year now im still going to the gym, I don’t want to, I have no motivation nor power but still doing it. All thanks to Jack, he changed my lifestyle and my mindset! Let’s gooo Jack!

You don’t need motivation - you already have discipline 👍 Keep pushing on the hard days. I met Jack a couple of years ago! Stand up guy!
Improving myself!
Hello my brothers!! I want to give my 2 cents by sharing my 2 habits that I’m implementing on my week to get better!! -30 minutes airplane mode when waking up/going to bed I noticed this is part of @Jack Tracey routine and decide to give it a shot!! First day felt amazing looking forward to adapt to my routine! -smile more often, specially at the gym 😅 I usually zone out trough my workouts to push myself harder and I find myself often giving awful looks to people smiling at me, this is no good for networking and overall relationships! Today I tried to smile often trough my session and even helped a couple strangers to get some extra reps in! Let’s get better fam!

Smiling is huge. One of my favourite ways to acknowledge anyone is with the subtle head nod and eye contact. Give it a shot it never fails. Head nods become hand shakes when networking.

Hey Brett I make it a habit to go for a walk every morning. For me it turned into running sprints most mornings now. My morning starts with a bottle of water with salt and lemon. Freshen up and brew a coffee. I head out of the house and go for a walk to the track then run. You can do all of this an under an hour a day, and you will feel accomplished. Even if it means you have to wake up at 5:00am to get it done, do it. Getting something hard done at the start of the day is important. The quiet time is valuable. Eventually you can add more things in! Don’t do it all at once. Maybe you progress into going for a walk and reading 10 pages of a book in the first hour of being awake. Maybe you progress into righting in your journal for 5 minutes. Maybe it’s how you feel? Something you want to accomplish? A to do list? Just start with one thing.
