Hard times x Routine
Hi guys!
I鈥檓 Bartek, Polish living in Oxford. I know Jack from few years ago when he was a little cunt 馃槄馃槝
After a breakup with my girlfriend I decided to trust him with my body and health and it was one of the best decisions in my life. Game changing.
Now I鈥檓 struggling again a bit as I have family issues and I鈥檓 not motivated to do anything but as I鈥檓 going to the gym 4-5 times a week and eating healthy everyday for a year now im still going to the gym, I don鈥檛 want to, I have no motivation nor power but still doing it.
All thanks to Jack, he changed my lifestyle and my mindset!
