Liver stones - got them out 😅🙏
These are just few “stones I fished out😲 There was more , I didn’t want to keep colecting 😅 😊Quite amazing . And so satisfying seeing this work. I felt better, when I stick to clean diet. Now I have done several detoxes. I never looked for stones This is first stone detox for me. It was easy. I was mostly eating kitchary - which I been making for years - so that was great . I didn’t think more will come- but big ones still did.

Z! Hi! Thanks for sharing your stones! Looking forward to seeing mine...
Oleation after Liver Flush?
I am finishing day seven of the liver detox today. Feeling super dry. Is it because I didn’t do the oleation? My psoriasis is extremely itchy. Would it be good to do oleation now? Any advice would be great.

Hi Shari! Here are my thoughts ~ and others may have some differing advise ~ but for what it's worth: after a flush your digestive fire is going to maybe going to need a minute before digesting a lot of oils. Once you do samsarjana krama (manda, peya, vilepi, etc.), and you feel like you're digesting well, then start to incorporate more oils in your diet. I would do some external oleation now ~ choosing an oil based on your body type, warming it up first, putting it on when you wake up, leaving it on for your morning meditation (45 min or so), and then showering so the steam opens the pores and allows the oils to penetrate your tissues more deeply. Internally, for now, maybe try some Ayurvedic gatorade ~ pinch of Himalayan salt, squeeze of lime...or Trace Minerals...or an electrolyte of your choice ~ to better absorb the water. And after you're back on normal foods and digesting like a champ, demulcent teas might be nice, too. On the psoriasis specifically, you might want to try some winsoria oil.

@Shari Beard You can find it through Kerala Ayurveda on Amazon, which would be fastest. If you're opting out of Amazon, you can go through DistaCart, but it will take a minute. 😘
POST FMD... what shifted?
I'm coming to the conclusion that FMD is THE PRIMAL SEASONAL HABIT. 🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠🤩🤣🤠 Which is wonderful... because you don't need to buy anything! And is challenging... because FMD is challenging. 🤩🤣🤠 Why is FMD is THE PRIMAL SEASONAL HABIT? (IMHO) - The body/mind digests what it wants to digest - You don't need anything or to be anywhere special - Hunger goes away the more you do it - You reset your taste buds - You learn grace. - You drop buckets of ama and inflammation if you have it. - Post FMD you should crave building clean tissue. - The ego flares...so you can see what it's doing a mile away. What's your take? (Only respond if you did the FMD recently so it's fresh in your experience. And if you didn't do yours yet... that's why we go to Jan. 24! 🤩🤣🤠

Loved the FMD. Went all in and fully embraced the process. Felt good. I was already IFing 16/8, 17/7, 18/6, depending on my needs, so that continues, but portions have lessened, which is nice. My club has been focused on a Sugar Free January while incorporating prebiotic and probiotic foods, so having that all woven in was a nice match. I'm enjoying the homemade sauerkraut daily and mixing it up so I get lots of variety. How do I feel? Like I want to go to bed at 9pm every day, which is new and nice. And I'm naturally waking up at 5:15 and at the gym at 6 with no drag, which is also lovely. I'm planning on doing the FMD 4x/year.
Healthy Fats Stops Grazing
This morning, I found myself grazing, not feeling satisfied after I ate. I kept looking for more food, meat, protein, trying to pinpoint what I needed. Then I realized, healthy fat. As soon as I had that, the feeling passed and I feel perfectly content. So, try that as a solution when you have that snacking/grazing feeling going on. It is going in my IF/FMD fasting journal as well.

When I get home from the gym at 7am I'm generally pretty hungry but I'm IFing until 11 or 12. I've been making a pint glass of Teechino (prebiotic tea) and blending it with a tsp of ghee or coconut oil. It totally tides me over until meal time.
Flaxseeds - prebiotic fiber and is a polyphenol
To gain more benefit from it, sprout it. This is a gelatinous seed. (so is chia, arugula, basil, onion and watercress) Instead of soaking them in water, use sprouting platforms like a tray with an unbleached papertowel in it; the outside of a hemp bag; from sprouting.com (USA and Canada) the sell "baby Blanket"; or a terra cotta clay sprouter. This is 7-14 days. spread seeds evenly, can touch not overlap. Spray the surface with filtered water (non-chlorine). After an hour, spray again and then spray multiple times in a day, more often if dry environment. Spray at least twice daily. Harvest when half inch and two inches. Then you can store them covered in the refrigerator for 1 week. I highly recommend broccoli sprouts, especially for detoxes. They detoxify pollutants especially if you turn it into a powder and place it in a green juice. There is a John Hopkins study on it. Broccoli seeds are tiny and only need to soak 2-4 hours in filtered water. Drain and Rinse them twice daily. You can eat the sprouts (quarter inch or more tail, they are ready) or create microgreens, which are ready with three leaves. The best visual book is "Homegrown Sprouts" by Rita Galchus. I like "The Sprout Book" by Doug Evans, good information, not a visual aid. Always check your library, that is where I found mine first.

@Brenda Green I'm going to get the greens going again. Can't wait! (One of the bonuses of CA is fresh produce year round. These are from right down the hill.)
