POST FMD... what shifted?
I'm coming to the conclusion that FMD is THE PRIMAL SEASONAL HABIT.

Which is wonderful... because you don't need to buy anything!
And is challenging... because FMD is challenging.

Why is FMD is THE PRIMAL SEASONAL HABIT? (IMHO)
  • The body/mind digests what it wants to digest
  • You don't need anything or to be anywhere special
  • Hunger goes away the more you do it
  • You reset your taste buds
  • You learn grace.
  • You drop buckets of ama and inflammation if you have it.
  • Post FMD you should crave building clean tissue.
  • The ego flares...so you can see what it's doing a mile away.
What's your take?
(Only respond if you did the FMD recently so it's fresh in your experience.
