Couldn’t sleep last night. Tried everything, from stretching, journaling and several sleep meditations. Around 4 am I decided to do today’s meditation and the first time helped but didn’t do the trick so I did it again and that time it did the trick. Had to change our travel plans cause I wasn’t going to be able to drive 9 hours on just an hour and a half of sleep. So I changed our alarm, and our travel plans. Now fingers crossed I sleep tonight
