hey Everyone. 53 year dad of 3 teenage girls. Live in Boston Been lifting consistently since the 90's. Always have played hoops but now doing pickleball 2-3x a week, which is really good for the conditioning (120-150 HR most of the time). My goal is to stop doing all the hardcore lifting I have done to more sustainable to be a powerful, jacked pickleballer. Current issue is I have too much muscle mass and a little fat- 6'3" 220 and I run and sprint all over the court which makes recovery hard, and my knees sore. Reached out to Coach yesterday and he pointed me to KB40. Did upper 1 and was still pretty fresh, so I did farmers walks and some guns work. Will probably do the strongman days after the follow along workouts. Hopefully that will get me to lose a little weight on maintenance
