Bhastrika Pranayama (Demo)
Firstly, when raising arms while inhaling, remember to bring them inline with your ears. Keep your head stable, and facing forward. My third demonstration video is an example of performing the pranayama incorrectly to highlight the most common things to avoid; primarily allowing the head to move too much. Also be aware of arm placement too far forward, and your body collapsing when pulling the arms down. The First and Second demonstrations are from the Side and the front respectively. When you inhale & raise arms up, open the palms/fingers of the hands as you reach for the sky. when you exhale bring the arms down forcefully and make fists as the arms come to the waist line. Repeat movement and breath for 10-20 expulsions. After your last exhalation, inhale and hold your breath gently at the top of the breath for 4 seconds, while tucking your chin and placing your tongue behind your teeth on the top of your palate. Rest, experience, and repeat as desired. Enjoy!🙏🏽💫

Figured it out? As I am going through my situation with the knee (busted, unsure of the damage yet) it is easy for me to quit on everything else. I have been solid on my nutrition. I have been off sugar for over two weeks now (energy is wonderful). I have been working hard on my dreams. And until last week I was working out and training MMA for a while now. Started back running again after years. Recovered from a ruptured achilles and then this... It is easy for me to say screw it, I give up. And eat the cake that is sitting there. But alas, I won't. Event plus Response equal Outcome. Many things will happen to us that are truly out of our control. It just will. But what is in our control is our response - how we will handle the situation. And that equals the outcome. What will actually be. In the case of my knee (not in my direct control) - my response of I have other things to work on meanwhile and I am doing well on them will equals an outcome that is strong and elite. This is what it is all about. And this is what I am focused on right now.

If you could create a new form of transportation, what would it be like?
Manila traffic is hella bad, so I'd design an air mobile to beat it. And also add a "hyperspace" feature for when you badly need to get to somewhere fast. It would consume a lot of fuel/energy though so you would have to be mindful about when to use it 😉
