Hey Guys, Todays State training was super powerful… Surrounded by babies, I missed most of it and am keen to hear your guys experiences with it.. What stood out most to you? Or What kind of experiences have you had with the elements before?

I am going to try to meditate daily in July in a mixture of live sessions and replays. Looking forward to aligning with the state more and more and taking it into my day! 👊

What's up Wing Chun Fam! After deliberation, contemplation and cigars with Greg.... We have decided to continue the Games. The Games will be held in the family group when we have a total of 300 competitors. This will make it more fun, challenging and also worth all the time and effort my team puts into it.
