what are some tips to fall asleep as I've really been struggling with this recently. I feel like I have tried everything and nothing is working I've even tried the talking to myself that David recommended. it worked for about a month when I did it every single day but this past week nothing seems to be working

There seems to be a lot of confusion about visualization and how to use it to swim faster than ever before. Everybody knows it's a thing, but only a select few know how to actually use it to their advantage. Here's the thing: Without a doubt, Visualization is one of the most important tools of any competitive Swimmer. It's not just me saying that, there's tons of science that proves it works. Like magic.
