Ohhhh you're calling me out again. 😂 I defiantly agree with this! In most professions learning something new takes months if not years. Then you graduate, are hired, there's so much hand holding, training and micromanagement to keep you on task or maybe not depending on your career choice. You pass RE School and the ground shifts under your feet and just like that there's a whole new set of skills to learn and information to process as well as running a business. Sometimes are brains shut down or we don't recall well when so much information is continually tossed at us. Then you just freeze going through the motions but not the actions. You have to figure out your own groove and move and learn as you go. It's kind of backwards thinking for some. It's hard to just do when you don't feel confident in having all the skills mastered. But hey that's how we learn, your tossed in the pool and start swimming or sink.
