Suffice to say next week is going to likely be an absolute shit show of a week here in the states. @Robert Finlay that’s really cool! I’ve always wanted one. I usually just use stones around the yard but to have a nice uniform one like that must be great!
Upper body day
Warm-up 4x 4 weighted pull-up 10 explosive hand-release push up 4 rounds for time 5 strict pull-ups 10 push ups 20 kb swings 5 each gorilla rows 10 mace bell swings each side 20 kb swings

Hope vs. Expectations
Simple question I want you to ask yourself and marinate on today...Do you HOPE to succeed with your goals? Or do you EXPECT to succeed with them? If you have faith in your daily process, and have a high standard of excellence with how you carry out every single action you take, then you'll get to where you want. If not, then you and I need to reevaluate your approach on the (1) training, (2) diet, and (3) mindset side of the equation.... After answering the above questions, PLEASE chime in with questions about how I can be a resource to help right the ship. That's why I'm here...LFG!!! Hands up, KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Then 21 min emom: 1st min 10 heavy ass swings 2nd 5x each side kickstand squats offset 3rd 12x weighted sit ups
Hobbies
Family and friends are typically a LARGE part, but not the ONLY of most peoples “WHY”. I’m a big believer that every man should have something that they’re deeply passionate about and pushes them to bring out the best virtues in themselves with (outside of just lifting)… For me it’s bowhunting. It’s hard, it’s frustrating, it’ll break your heart into a million pieces, but while it is all of those things, it’s also something that forces patience, discipline, work ethic, and grit. All things that make me a better person while pursuing it. So I can get to know all of you better, let me know what hobbies YOU are passionate about, and what positive virtues it/they bring out in you…

I’ll hopefully be out in the woods in two weeks. I got some shit to get done but at least four days in my tree stand. Nothing like waking up with the woods man! Anything outside I enjoy. Used to love grappling but just not enough time in the day currently. I think having hobbies gives some purpose and drive to make workouts worth doing so when your dragging that deer you’re smiling all the way instead of huffing and puffing haha

@Chandler Marchman I usually walk out right behind my house. I have few stands back there. I used to hunt up in VT and NH a bit for rifle too but not enough time with a little one currently so I take what I can get!
