Hi there! My name is Jake Muller, here with my wife, Katie. She's read the book and followed along with Zach's Fair Play content for a year or more, and I'm about 50% of the way through the book. We've implemented weekly boring meetings, but I'm still getting the hang of leading those meetings well and making sure they're on our radar every week. We've been married for 11 years and have three kids—a 5-year-old daughter, a 3-year-old son, and a 10-month old son. We live in Canton, Ohio (an hour south of Cleveland). Katie has been teaching full-time for the past 13 years, and I run my own business from home as a branding, web, and graphic designer for the past 4 years.
