Japan! Also, stop doing the things i don’t really want to do, just to please others. It sounds a bit egotistic but this year i put myself first.

The worst is when i used to ignore the clear message that i get from my body or mind, do what i intended to do in the first place and then it all went wrong and i realized that this message my body/mind sent was the exact course of action to avoid it. It happened to me so many times but i have a hard time learning from this particular mistake 😂😂 - like i don’t trust myself…

@Jawed Iqbal i guess it is a little bit like faith - yes, you have not seen the evidence yet, but if you open up to the idea, start testing with a completely open-mind, maybe the evidence will happen in your life. Worst you would have “wasted” a bit of time on positive thinking 🤗🤗.

@Sheri Wojcik that is exactly how i perceive it too! Like the image is just below the surface but not accessible. In my case it is also in black and white
