How Can I Improve Lead Nurturing?
Hey team, How intense or how long should lead nurturing campaigns last? I've been running a lead generation campaign since 17th July (3 months) FB Ads are all in KPI and well beyond. (1% link CTR, 30% conversions, Shoutout Godfather Jimmy) But it's the nurturing that I need to learn to track and understand how to improve. NOTE: I can't afford to have phone numbers get banned. Less is more because I'm using WhatsApp with my client's phone on it. One of their numbers got banned once after being marked for spam and it was a mess. We managed to recover the number but we're worried. Loom: https://www.loom.com/share/a3f434e7413f4fe699d4301c4a75f0f4?sid=60177ac6-5188-403c-b728-0862d2408b9b

How Can I Improve Lead Nurturing?

@Thure Sander Understand completely. I'm taking it as feedback that my messages aren't convincing or valuable (eg. outreach emails appearing in spam) The VA's have a relationship with the clients they signup, they do upsells and admin and referrals so the numbers are quite important. I'm in quite a weird situation: I started out with a monthly retainer for 30 sales in 3 months. I did 31, now my client wants to pay me a lot more in exchange for me being part of the company. So I'm taking the chance to learn, earn and build a product. No, client is not in my niche. Client can be a pain in the ass but I get that he's been burned. I definitely want to train and grow my own VAs, but my client is doing that now on his own dollar while I get the experience to hire, train and systemize all this first hand. In need of the money now. $3000 is $3000 man, I got offered a lot more money and I'm working hard to kick ass and make this work

@Thure Sander Thanks for the insights man. I appreciate you spending time and brain calories to help a fellow student out :)
Ad account
I just created a new ad account for my client and it got restricted after 6 hours for no reason. This is the 2nd time I have created an ad account and both time it got restricted/disabled. Is there any way around it cuz it's getting annoying now?

@Emmett McCarry +1 This usually happens. This exact thing happened to me too. Just write an appeal and it should go away. Note that you Facebook might ask for your client business registration documents (business files, incorporation, local business registration ID etc)
I'm a mess with operations
I'm a mess with my client operations now. I was speaking to some other operations managers to get perspective, and Godfather Jimmy's recent YouTube video really gave me a lot of perspective and clarity on how to approach this. I need some help systemizing my lead gen and lead nurture systems. My poorly explained loom video: https://www.loom.com/share/a020d02b613e4b6a814ff832b017b00b?sid=90592597-a059-47d8-bb81-494f58a5f87e

I'm a mess with operations
I'm a mess (figuring it out)
I need help with systems and spreadsheets to ensure VAs are tracking metrics and closing sales. I'm running a lead generation campaign with clients and it's messy. Fb ads - Lead forms - GHL nurture campaign - VA calling - Sale - course completion I'm good at everything up to GHL nurture campaign. 1% link CTR, 30% conversion to lead, about $5 SGD per lead. The lead nurture is where it starts to get fking messy. Apps keep disconnecting, the nurture sequence isn't working the best (I'm struggling to track positive reply rates etc), client's VAs keep getting fired and re hired and I lose track of data after the nurture campaign. The data then goes into the company's internal CRM (which is government data, protected) and I have no way of confirming metrics. So far I understand that lifetime ad spend $3,861.91 with 31 sales = 124.54 per sale. Assuming sale - course completion is 50%, it takes $250 to get 1 person to complete a course. I need help with systems and spreadsheets to ensure VAs are tracking metrics and closing sales.
