Up and ADAM!
Good morning! Just a simple clarification for most people. When we talk about Adam, specifically Activate, this would happen within the first few minutes of waking up. Do something to wake up! This could be a two minute stretch, 10 air squats, a few push-ups, a quick walk outside to get some sunlight. Then replenish all the water you lost the night before, and make sure you do this before coffee. Many people then sit down and journal for a few minutes or just go over “what’s right” in their life for a few seconds. Appreciate. Meditation seems to be the hardest one for most people to integrate, so we will talk more about this on our call Friday. It doesn’t have to be complicated! The biggest benefit?? You will start happening to the day instead of letting the day happen to you. You are intentional. Very quickly, this intentionality will spill over into the rest of your day.

My dog has been helping me with my ADAM these past two days!! He's been waking me up around 530, earlier than I'd like, but walking him outside has been nice and quiet. I lack quietness in my life, so maybe waking up early would be beneficial!!

We are gearing up to start our next sprint to better health. We start in just 11 days - can you believe that? If you're new here, introduce yourself, and let us know what some of your goals are for this upcoming sprint! Are you hoping to lose weight? Gain energy? Improve your mental health? This will be my third H40 sprint, and this time around I'm doing something different. I'm going to be doing the 40 days with zero added sugar. I'm going to get my bloodwork done before and after so I can see how that kind of change in my diet affects things like my inflammatory markers. I'm particularly curious if it will help my neck issues. What are you hoping for? Let us know!

Hi everyone! I'm excited to definitely jumping all in committed! I followed along with the last sprint, but didn't take that full leap. But I'm ready and jumping both feet in!!
