Are you hoping to lose weight? Gain energy? Improve your mental health?
This will be my third H40 sprint, and this time around I'm doing something different. I'm going to be doing the 40 days with zero added sugar. I'm going to get my bloodwork done before and after so I can see how that kind of change in my diet affects things like my inflammatory markers.
I'm particularly curious if it will help my neck issues.
