No major health concerns but have been bothered on and off with calf issues. This can often disrupt my running and skipping regime but luckily that has now been 6 months pain free.

๐Ÿ’ŠTEST- place one in the Freezer overnight and set a reminder. Check it the following day and see if it freezers!? If it freezers throw in the bin as itโ€™s water freezers; OIL donโ€™t ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ‘Š Let us know here the results ๐Ÿ‘‡

Great tip Si. Haven't taken fish oil.sypemenrs for ages but would have like to try this when I did.
