Thought some of you reluctant to use AI might find this interesting?
This was an article I wrote for LinkedIn yesterday which shows that even governments are starting to embrace the use of AI for chat bots but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Sumal to launch AI chatbot for Britons to pay taxes that's right Artificial Intelligence is playing the taxman. Imagine a future where fulfilling tax obligations and pension access is a chat away. UK's chancellor, Rishi Sunak, is molding this future with an AI chatbot. Bringing AI into public services isn't new but signals a leap towards tech-savvy taxation. A chat with the bot, and Brits can swiftly clear their taxes and pensions. Exploring further, the underlying development reveals this has potential personalised service without the need for staff interaction. The AI chatbot, fed with your financial history, will serve customised recommendations and timely reminders. Bid farewell to 'one-size-fits-all' government services for good. This is far beyond convenience, it's a revolution in public service interaction. It's making services accessible and user-friendly. Data privacy and security concerns are inevitable but can be tackled with rigorous measures that are to be put in place. The journey to digital-first public service may be rough and won't be without problems, but the potential gains are huge. So, what does this mean for professionals and your average tax-paying Britian? Is this the dawn of efficient, personalised government service? If this excites you or you are considering using AI-powered chatbots in your own business, let's discuss.

👋 Introduce yourself right here!
This is the introductions thread. Say hi, tell us what your business is all about! In your introduction, answer these 3 questions: ➡️ What is your name? (feel free to share pronouns if you’d like!) ➡️ What is your business or platform? Who do you serve, what do you sell, etc ➡️ If you were to host your dream party, and the sky was the limit, what would the theme be? We can’t wait to meet you!

@Iréne de Brice I lived in Spain inn the 1980s and everyone assume it was ideal but they didn’t know or experience the electricity company cutting everyone off because they were corrupt so never sent out the bills and charged everyone reconnection charges. The water cut off when you were midway through a shower, the fact that every single thing you wanted doing took 3 times as long as it should .,., So I am guessing you have similar experiences even if not those specific ones 🙃

Oh my wife had something called MELAS syndrome she sadly died in 2019 but her illness controlled her life. It’s a fascinating genetic condition. It defied many of the medical experts and it has only been over the last 10-15 years they started to understand it more.
Understanding Why Conversion Rate Is So Important
Wasn't sure if this is classed as value bomb or just regular information @Mariah Coz but hopefully you approve. Ever wondered what business metrics could reveal to help you sell more of your services to clients? Decipher the maths behind your monthly leads and visitors. It's not as complex as it looks. For instance, let's take a hypothetical scenario: You get a monthly footfall of 5,000 visitors. Your product's market value is $1000. (Just for easy calculations) The average website conversion rate usually hinges around 1.5-2%. Now, if your website follows this trend, the monthly data should look something like this: Visitor conversion at 2%: 100 visits Sales tallying up to $100,000 Assuming a profit of 20% after costs, before tax, you rake in $20,000 This simple analysis shows that you can spend up to your gross profit margin to acquire a client and not incur any losses. But, let's imagine if you could double your conversion rate. Most of us are savvy marketers and know the importance of landing pages, CTA's, and all that stuff but the odd tweak here and there can easily double our conversion rate in most cases. Let's consider we boost it to just a 4% conversion rate: Visitor conversion jumps to 4%: 200 visits Sales spike up to $200,000 Profit, post-costs, swells to $40,000 Simple equation, right? Throw is a good CRM and follow-up system and doubling your conversion rate shouldn't be beyond any of us, should it? One thing I will say is don't get too hung up on the tech once you figure out the changes you can always hire someone to do all the geeky stuff for you. Remember once you capture a client once provided you continue to deliver value you can keep them for life. If it's cool with you guys I have a couple of more things that explain why this can work for you if it is OK to post them here?

What are looking for exactly @Sean Mize I have lots of templates and tools I would be happy for you to use if it helps?
Need some advice please customer or client?
I need some help guys this is really confusing me and it gets nearly impossible to write good copy ! I was wondering what is the correct terminology for the person I sell to. You see I am used to working in markets where the people I sell to are clients and they sell their service to are called patients (medical) so that’s pretty straightforward. Problem is that’s fine but I have a product/service that works in many other niches and can’t decide which is correct ✅ since if refer to my customer as a client what do I then refer to their customer as. Hope I have explained that OK because even when I’m writing copy and promotional material I’m still not sure. Would it be my clients clients or my clients customers?!🤯 or do you have other suggestions?
