Man 24kg 1:28 Starting over with the 24kg bell. I don’t think I’ll do anymore of these after a 45 minute workout. I figured it wouldn’t be an issue because the numbers are low. lol Anyway it’s going to take a bit with the 24 than I’m use to. Need to get stronger going forward that’s for sure.

@Andreas Last It hasn't been difficult for me in the swing. The lowering phase of the snatch is probably the movement that I like the least to do, in fact whenever I train snatches I always do half snatch ;)
So I did it, and I think I did it well. Unfortunately, I had to recover from an infection over the last few weeks. But today was the day, because the next test has been coming up for a while.
