My vote is for exercise. I understand that diet is important/ crucial for health, but if you’re only eating clean and not working out, Father Time is going to catch you faster. For life in general stronger people are harder to kill. Just my opinion

What’s your poison?
Hope the weekend’s going well! Just wanted to share an image that HOPEFULLY provides some clarity on how things can typically go in life. Really comes down to two separate paths you can take. (1) Hard Now Easy Later …or (2) Easy Now Hard Later I know delayed gratification is a tough thing to apply in life (especially in todays microwave society), but it’s one sure fire way to secure ideal outcomes in ALL avenues of life. Be willing to set aside the idea of instant gratification and lean into a life of discipline, and I promise things will happen for you!!! Hands Up. KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Windmill Tutorial (FINALLY!!)
I swear, managing to get this video filmed might have been the most remarkable feet of strength and perseverance I've displayed in the 40 years I've been on earth! HAHAHA!!!! Seriously though, sorry it took as long as it did. Life just wasn't cooperating. That said, getting this video to you was my NUMBER ONE non-negotiable task of the day. So, here...we...go!!!
