Did some thinking and decided to go for a 4 day upper lower split, I feel like it’s too much volume but I’m not really sure so let me know what modifications I can make to lower it if it’s too much. Also I’m getting back into teach myself Taekwondo kicks so that’s what Lower B is based on (just to make it more exciting i guess). But yeah let me know what you guys think of this, it’s my first real time making a program for myself.
