Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing great.🥳 Today, I’m bringing you some exciting updates from the Online Academy! 📌 New Video on Day 5 Flexibility I’ve uploaded a stretching video, perfect for those who didn’t have much time to work out over the holidays or have been recovering from illness. This video is a great way to ease back into flexibility and rebuild healthy habits. I also took a little break recently, so it’s the perfect time for all of us to get back on track together! 📌 New Module: Bachata Express I’m thrilled to introduce this new module! It features short Bachata sequences with footwork and mini choreographies of 4x8 counts, perfect for practicing in a fun and dynamic way. The first song is "Amor en Paz" by J.R.. It’s already available: - A video with detailed explanations. - A video dancing to the music, at both slow and fast tempos, so you can practice at your own pace. 📌 New Module: Frankfurt LadiesTeam 2025 For the ladies in my team in Frankfurt, I’ve also opened a new module where I upload additional materials for classes. Hola, hola! How are you all doing? Today, I finally started to feel the Challenge working, and I can’t tell you how amazing that moment was. Honestly, it was so hard to get started, but today was the first time I felt like my body was truly with me. I could feel the difference I was able to go deeper into my stretches, and it felt incredible. If you’re still on this journey with me, I want to remind you to have patience and trust the process.
