Dear Community 🥰 I’m so excited for the new year—new energy, good vibes and fresh beginnings! I’m really looking forward to this year, bringing new ideas to life, growing our community and taking it to the next level together.❤️❤️ Today, we’re kicking things off with the next video! I’m starting a series of short Bachata sequences, each set to music to help you practice musicality. Each sequence is just 4x8 counts, so they’re perfect for practicing at home without taking up too much time. Day 4
Hola, hola! How are you all doing? Today, I finally started to feel the Challenge working, and I can’t tell you how amazing that moment was. Honestly, it was so hard to get started, but today was the first time I felt like my body was truly with me. I could feel the difference I was able to go deeper into my stretches, and it felt incredible. If you’re still on this journey with me, I want to remind you to have patience and trust the process. The results will come, and that feeling of progress is so worth it. Let me know in the comments if you’re still here with me—let’s keep pushing together! We’ve got this! 💪✨

Third day
Today I had 20 minutes to record my video and of course, the construction workers started drilling. 😂😭😂😭 It sounded like a power tool concert and no amount of smiling or glaring could stop it. So, I’ll redo the video tomorrow, but for now, enjoy the noisy masterpiece ⬇️❤️🥹🥹🥹.
