Intermitent fasting
I just saw that this course is against IF. I am a begginer so I would like to know what do you think about that people/doctors who say that fasting “cleans“ your body or removes cancer cells. Thank y'all

Hi, as always, regarding health conditions, especially cancer, you should consult your doctor. What I am stating here is not a recommendation, just my experience as a doctor and scientific research that I am linking below. Intermittent fasting (IF) can enhance insulin sensitivity, lower blood sugar levels, and decrease inflammation markers (mostly studies in rats) . However, the claim that IF can remove cancer cells is bold and should not be seen without traditional treatments like chemo or radiochemotherapy. Emerging evidence suggests that fasting could play a key role in cancer treatment by fostering conditions that limit cancer cells’ adaptability, survival, and growth. Fasting could increase the effectiveness of cancer treatments and limit adverse events. Yet, we lack an integrated mechanistic model for how these two complicated systems interact, limiting our ability to understand, prevent, and treat cancer using fasting. Stress Research ?
Hi Peak Health System Community, I’m Federico, a medical doctor researching how stress impacts entrepreneurs, particularly those striving for peak performance. I’m seeking insights from fellow entrepreneurs on how stress affects your business and well-being. Could you help by answering a few quick questions? 1. What’s a typical day like for you, and how would you rate your stress level on a scale from 1-10? 2. What are the main stressors and motivations in your work? 3. What coping mechanisms have you tried to manage stress, and which ones have succeeded or failed? If anyone is open to a quick interview about this topic, that would be amazing. In return, I’d be happy to share some valuable stress management tips that have worked for me and my patients.
