{DAILY MEDITATIONS HERE} Final 30-Day Push: Day 90! [Start at Anytime]
We're down to the final 30 days of the 90 day challenge! I'll be posting each day's meditation in the COMMUNITY here instead of being in the classroom. If you’re a bit behind, no worries—just jump in with us. I'll be posting each new meditation around 9 to 10pm Pacific time the day before. Why this approach? I want this group to be a place where we all feel connected, not scattered, and where everyone can stick to a rhythm that feels supportive. Think of it as a fresh start for those who may have stepped away, plus a chance to keep each other accountable as we build something meaningful together. For anyone who prefers a more flexible experience go google meditations on Insight Timer, YouTube, or Spotify. In addition to our daily meditations, I’m planning to introduce shorter challenges from time to time. And for even more variety, I’ll be sharing meditations from other incredible guides, including some of my teacher training grads. It’s a great way to expand our practice and see what resonates for you. Let’s keep this momentum going, dive deep into our practices, and make this an even stronger, more supportive community. Who's still meditating?
Still here? What's changed since you started the challenge? 🤔 Meditation changed my life because I stayed consistent. It took me 77 days to finally love meditation, and I’ve been doing it ever since. That's the secret: Consistency > duration. 💪 It applies to everything—whether it’s creating social media content, meditations, or learning something new. The key is taking action every single day, even when it sucks. Because, yes, it will suck at first, and yeah, you might suck at it. 😅 But with practice, you get better. Stick with it, and be consistent for 30 to 90 days. It takes about 60 to 70 days to build a habit, so you're almost there. 🎯 Keep up the awesome work, f*ck faces! 🔥👏

I am doing and redoing some of them. Not every singe day but al making space for breathwork every day and advocating that people give this a try with me, as it’s been valuable so far

It can be hard to listen to your self with confidence
More than a green tick
The meditations I’ve followed have stopped going green. I would have focused on that before. But now I am breathing it out and breathing in gratitude that I have a safe space meditate in. Getting there. Peace out, good people
