How to follow up
I keep having a lot of moments where people are initially interested, but then I get back to them and they're not answering their phone or replying to my emails. I have sent people looms etc, a lot of them are saying 'get back to me in x time' How do you guys follow up?

@Abdullah Sajjad It's typically, CTA = me sending over a custom video on how our software could work for them They say 'Yes please send over the video' Its normally either 'Looks good, but not right now' 'Asks for pricing' Or nothing at all
If out of leads who to market to?
So as some of you guys may know, I'm the only sales person in my company. I have yet to cold call since we are a small company and we don't have a data provider / I think we will have to follow some restrictions etc but I am open to doing so. I have messaged / emailed over 2x every single business finance company in the UK (around 800-1000). We sell software to help with their processes and we currently only market to business finance. Sales cycle can be anywhere from 1 day to 3 months. I am booking calls and making conversations but not seen much success in a few months. Do I need to be sending more outreach? PS: We are currently trying to market to the USA aswell and getting constant cold email campaigns Any tips help 🙏

I've started messaging Software/IT Managers on LinkedIn when there is no contact number and would welcome any advice on my approach. "Hi (Name), I've seen that (company name) are currently recruiting for a number of IT related roles, I'm sure that you already have a PSL or that you have these roles covered and wouldn't actually benefit from additional help. @Sascha Riech I use LinkedIn as my main prospecting method and I use, Hi Name This might be completely irrelevant so feel free to delete. We’ve worked with similar business finance companies in your space providing software to automate their qualification processes. Usually this is because they’re wanting to save time with qualifying leads and matching to lenders, cut out admin work or increase overall processing capacity. If I had a couple of ideas how against a conversation would you be?

CRM / Clay Advice
I don't currently use a CRM as I'm the only person within sales, I literally just use a google sheet with coloured rows for stage of the prospect. I've been seeing clay is supposed to be a good tool. Any advice? Is it stupid to not have a CRM?
