ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING AN EDGE IN THE AGENCY SPACE?? Over the last few weeks, we have had many new agency owners join the group and the overwhelming majority of you mentioned you joined to be part of a community of like-minded agency owners... BUT A good portion is still yet to post or contribute in any way. We all know the agency space is competitive and because of that, you need to take advantage of anything that will give you an edge. Asking questions and contributing to this group is one of the few ways to get an edge for free. Trust me when I say that this is one of the few communities out there genuinely here to help you succeed, all you have to do is post those burning questions you have about service delivery and running an agency you have or even pop in and say G'day. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by being active in the community, It's time to get an edge!

Can someone just advise me or give any advise who is ahead of me in the journey. My question is what should I focus on My current situation: - beginner just started 0 clients - I’m new have a $1k to invest in business - I’m 19 starting college in September 5 classes per semester - Agree with my parents if I hit $5k/mo CAD I can take a enter off and eventually drop out I’m asking what should I focus on don’t want to mess around building websites funnels etc. My niche that I was going to chose is kitchen/bathroom remodel do a pure performance offer pay per appt I set them qualified appointments. Quick questions guys how many DMs or cold calls would you send before you get to the conclusion that you need to change something? How big of a data set do you need until you can go ahead and change it and what KPIs should I be tracking for cold calls and cold DMs? Any input is welcome and thank you in advance fellas.
