Hey!
I'm Thomas, 18, from Canada. I started my agency back in June 2023, half-assed it until October working in the solar niche (was still in school and working in my landscaping business) then decided to drop everything behind and go balls to the wall in the landscaping niche. I'm at 3 clients so far looking to scale to $25k by June. I'd love to connect with other people in the home improvement space!

⚡100 Sales Call - 81 Closed - Here is How in 2 MIN.🗝️
I’ve been selling stuff since I was 7—everything from products to services. Sales is my thing. It’s the single most valuable skill you can have. It works in business, it works in life, it even works in relationships. So when i started SMMA, it’s the first thing I set out to master even further. So… Here’s 4 things that help win every sale -; 1. Sales Is Seduction, Not a Rape Sales isn’t about forcing things, it’s about having power to make people want what you want them to do. if someone is wearing a coat in the room, Instead of telling them to take it off, just turn up the heat. Make it feel like it was their idea all along. 2. Don’t Answer Questions Here’s the trick: whoever’s asking the questions is in control. If they ask you a question, don’t just give a plain answer. Ask them something right back. If they ask, “What results can I expect?” you can say, “What results are you aiming for?” It keeps you in the driver’s seat, so you’re steering the conversation. 3. Listen More, Talk Less You’d think sales is all about talking, right? Wrong. It’s about listening—really listening. They’re your best source of information. Who are they? What do they want? How do they like things? The more you listen, more ammo you have to attack. 4. Whoever Cares More, Wins The Sale People can smell your intentions from a mile away. If you’re struggling to close, it might be because you don’t believe in what you’re selling. If your only OBJECTIVE is to help them, You’ll sound so trustworthy, they’ll want to work with you. So, if you need help with sales, scripts, systems, team training i will try to help as much of you as i can… just comment “ Gold “ and I'll shoot you DM as soon as possible Busy days 🤝

Never Run Out of Winning Ideas Again 🔥
Now, hold your horses… I’m NOT saying you should copy anything word for word. But what if you could take something that’s already proven to work for someone else and put your own unique spin on it? That’s exactly what I’m talking about. Why do this? Simple. If a strategy, format, or idea has worked recently for someone else, there’s a high chance it will work for you, too! You’re not reinventing the wheel - you’re building on something that’s already shown results. This way, you save yourself from the constant pressure of “What should I do next?” or stressing over creating something groundbreaking every time... Instead, you’re leveraging what’s already been successful and tailoring it to fit your voice and audience! It’s not about copying. It’s about taking inspiration, adding your twist, improving it and making it work for you. P.S. Do you like these shorter posts or do you prefer the longer ones? Let me know below!

How I Went From $12k To $50k MRR By Ditching The Chaos
A few years ago, I worked with a founder stuck at $12k MRR, no matter how hard he pushed. He was juggling multiple offers, saying yes to every client, and burning out fast. His goal was $50k MRR, but it felt out of reach. So, we did something bold, we cut back. From five services down to one. The one that had clients saying, "This changed the game for me." Then, we raised the price. He was worried about scaring off clients, but here’s what happened instead, he started attracting bigger clients, the kind who were ready to pay for results and weren’t looking for the cheapest option. We focused everything on retention, making sure every client saw measurable results, month after month. No more scrambling for replacements, no more short term wins. Fast forward six months, and he was at $50k MRR, with fewer clients and less chaos. It wasn’t about working harder, it was about becoming the go to in his niche, going deep on one thing, and letting the right clients come to him. Sometimes, scaling isn’t about adding more. It’s about letting go of what doesn’t drive growth and going all in on what does.
