MCH Lower body day two, legs sore. Diet has been pretty good, but trying to balance out the fat and carb ratios, as my energy levels feel pretty low.

Too many people quit too early in the game. They may do it for a host of reasons (mainly discomfort), but it’s almost ALWAYS an instantaneous emotional decision made without fully grasping the weight of the consequences of doing so.
