I have a challenge for you....First, congrats America...our attention span is now SHORTER than a goldfish.The average attention span in the US is 8 seconds...only 8 f@cking seconds (goldfish is 9) This sounds funny...but it really isn't. The distraction epidemic and the attention economy are destroying your mental health and ruining your wonderful brain. This is why you can't focus, feel mentally drained and struggle to complete tasks/work/goals. Greetings Team! My name is Don, and I am currently working in a large Metro Canadian City EMS system as a Paramedic/Clinical Educator. I will echo Whitney that I'm also daily working on responding vs being reactionary and learning the lessons by "embracing the suck". My goal is to better support my wife by being a better Husband.
