Iโ€™m 35 weeks pregnant, have a 2.5 yr old toddler at home currently. I had a 4th degree tear and ongoing issues (though fairly well healed). Iโ€™m getting a C-section this time around, but read that pelvic floor therapy/exercises are also recommended for c-sections. I would just like to be more prepared this time around. Instead of working on this a year+ after childbirth, I want to work on this ASAP and even do what I can before the surgery. I still have leakage, though maybe thatโ€™s just part of being pregnant and my lower abs weโ€™re weak even before I got pregnant.
